I decided to let one head of cauliflower go to flower this year. This is what developed! There are a ton of flowers! They are really pretty, and the bees love them! I will be doing this every year whether I save the seeds or not.
That is beautiful. I would say the cauliflower qualifies as an ornamental also. The bee certainly seems to appreciate it as well. Do you tie a bag over the flowers as they dry out to collect the seeds? Thanks for another instructive and entertaining post.
